Compatibility
Every station, gateway and service Pro Weather works with: Davis via WeatherLink, Ecowitt and Tempest via their clouds, direct push, and weewx.
Data reaches your site in one of five ways:

Davis Instruments, via WeatherLink
Every station and sensor on your WeatherLink account is found automatically, with history imported on the plans that allow it:
- Vantage Pro2, Vantage Pro2 Plus and Vantage Vue
- EnviroMonitor systems
- reporting through a WeatherLink Live, WeatherLink Console, WeatherLink IP datalogger or Vantage Connect
- AirLink air-quality sensors
- soil and leaf stations
Ecowitt and Fine Offset, by direct push
These upload straight to your site through their built-in Customized weather service, with nothing else to run:
- Ecowitt gateways: GW1000, GW1100, GW1200, GW2000, GW3000 (including WittBoy WS90/WS85 setups)
- Ecowitt consoles: HP2550 and HP3500 series, WS2910 and other WS View Plus displays
- Fine Offset WiFi stations and their rebrands: Froggit, Ambient Weather, Sainlogic, DNT WeatherScreen PRO, Waldbeck Huygens and others
If the app offers a custom or Customized server in Ecowitt or Wunderground format, it works.
Everything else, via weewx
Hardware without its own network upload connects through weewx, Meteobridge, CumulusMX or Weather Display running on a small always-on computer. With weewx that covers the hardware its published documentation lists, including:
- Davis Vantage Pro, Pro2, Vue and Envoy over serial or USB, with no WeatherLink subscription
- Oregon Scientific WMR100, WMR300, WMR9x8; LW300/LW301/LW302
- Fine Offset USB models (WH10xx, WH20xx, WH30xx, WH23xx, WH4000)
- La Crosse WS-23xx and WS-28xx (including TFA)
- Hideki TE923, TE831, TE838, DV928 (sold as TFA, Cresta, Honeywell, Mebus, Irox)
- AcuRite 5-in-1 and AcuRite Atlas
- Peet Bros Ultimeter; RainWise CC3000 and MKIII
- Software-defined radio: hundreds of 433/868 MHz sensors via rtl_433
- One-wire networks
If weewx can read your hardware, it can feed a Pro Weather site.
Where your data can go
Pro Weather can publish your readings to Weather Underground, PWSweather, Met Office WOW and WOW-BE, CWOP, AWEKAS, Windy, OpenWeatherMap, Weathercloud, Windfinder, Windguru and wetter.com (best-effort, since that network is no longer maintained), to your own MQTT, InfluxDB or HTTP endpoint, and as scheduled Bluesky posts.
Anything can read your site without an account: the JSON API and RSS feed, a Weather Underground compatible endpoint, and an embeddable widget and badge.

- Forecasts for your location from Open-Meteo.
- Severe-weather warnings from MeteoAlarm (Europe) or the US National Weather Service.
